Exchange Policy:
You have 10 days from the date of receiving your order to exchange it, either through the website or by visiting the branch. If visiting the branch, please bring the invoice.

The product images displayed are either natural photographs or taken from the official brand website. They may differ from the actual product. Due to screen differences, product colors may also appear different from those shown on the website.
Order Errors:
If you realize that you made a mistake in your order after submitting it on the website, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to address your request.
Order Cancellation:
If we cancel your order and you have already paid, the full payment amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
Delivery:
Our goal is to deliver your product to the delivery address specified in your order and within the delivery timeframe stated at the time of order (2 to 4 business days from order confirmation).
We will inform you if we anticipate being unable to meet the expected delivery date. However, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, fees, or expenses arising from delayed delivery.
You can email or contact the Libyan Store’s customer service for any defects or damages. Please be ready to provide the documents delivered with the product when requested.
Note that it may not be possible to deliver to certain locations. If this is the case, we will notify you using the contact details you provided when placing your order and arrange for order cancellation or delivery to an alternative address.
Products are delivered in comprehensive packaging, along with a warranty card and user manual.
When selecting the “store pickup” option, you have 5 days to collect your product(s) from the date of pickup confirmation. Otherwise, your order will be canceled. Upon cancellation, we will process a full refund to your credit or debit card if payment has already been made.
If delivery or pickup is delayed due to your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, or if you do not accept (within one week of our first attempt) delivery or pickup of the product from the carrier/driver, we may not make the product available for delivery or pickup. In such cases, we will notify you of the immediate cancellation of the applicable contract. We will then refund any amounts already paid to us under the contract to your credit or debit card as appropriate.
Cancellation by the Customer (Non-defective Product):
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer center. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, upon contacting us, we will proceed to cancel it.
